Who We Are
NUFBWSAW exists to represent and organize workers across food, beverage, spirits and allied sectors. The homepage should communicate solidarity, dignity and a clear route into the union.
This second homepage draft leans more intentionally into worker-centered imagery and a clearer organizing message. It keeps the live application form unchanged, while making membership and union identity much more visible from the first screen.
This version puts Black workers more visibly at the center of the homepage visual language.
The page still feels connected to production spaces, organizing, labour and practical membership action.

This version strengthens representation in the imagery, keeps the union logo prominent and puts the membership application button in all the right places.
The current online application remains untouched. The homepage simply supports it better by guiding visitors clearly to the existing live form.
The draft keeps the contact area practical, visible and formal enough for a union site.
This visual direction is not yet truly local, but it moves closer to the worker representation you want while we wait for authentic union photos.
The homepage should always make one thing easy: moving from interest to action. This draft repeats the membership call-to-action without overwhelming the visitor.
